Specogna, Pinot Grigio Ramato, Friuli

Specogna is home to 22 hectares of vineyards and is currently under the control of the fourth-generation Specogna family.

Making Pinot Grigio in the traditional 'romato' style - Macerating the juice on the skins for a short period producing more complexity and a copper colour. 

Baked apples, fresh elderberry and chamomile notes. A touch of baked bread and lemon balm.
