Sergio Genuardi Salgemma Terre Siciliane

Sergio Genuardi only has a small 1.3-hectare vineyard in Casteltermini (Agrigento province) between 600 and 550 m above sea level. Only three varieties planted: Nero d'Avola, Perricone and Catarratto. A wide diversity characterises this small parcel. 

Salgemma is his first ever label and he notes it as the one that represents him the most. 100% Nero d'Avola at 600m above sea level. Two months in fibreglass and 25% tonneau, unfiltered.
