Traditional Method sparkling wine made from Chardonnay and Weissburgunder grown in the Weinviertel, Austria. The Schödl family is run by three siblings whose goal is to create precise and aromatic wines through minimal intervention, whilst paying homage to their love of Champagne. They are pioneers in their region for creating exciting and complex sparkling wines.
