Domaine de la Renardiere, Arbois-Pupillin, Savagnin sous voile

Jean-Michel works with Savagnin that is made both under flor (sous-voile) and topped up (ouillé). Each plot from Arbois-Pupillin is hand picked and naturally fermented, with only a touch of sulphur at bottling.

This Savagnin from Marnes du Trias is aged 3-6 years in oak barrels from three vintages; 50% 2019, 37% 2021 13% 2020.
