Thierry Pillot is the fourth generation of the Pillot legacy in the legendary Côtes de Beaune. The estate was founded by Jean-Baptiste back in the 1900's when he turned from Barrel making to producing.. The art of barrel use still runs in the family and prevails itself in clever and beautifully made Burgundies.
