Nuvo Nivo, Côtes du Rhône Rouge

This is a collaboration between Elodie Jaume and one of our importers, Modal. The mission in Modal's own label wines is to prevent grape/wine wastage by supporting their producers by ensure a good price is paid for their production in these difficult times.

Biodynamically grown, 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mouvedre, just outside the famous Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. Juuicy plums, blackberries and a wonderful savoury edge - Spicy and herbaceous freshness.
