Mullineux Signature, Syrah

Mullineux is one of the most lauded wineries in South Africa. Founded in 2007, the Mullineaux's chose Swartland for its location to the Atlantic making sustainable and organic viticulture more achievable. They are fully certified organic and will be the first in South Africa to achieve Regenertaive Organic Certification.

The 'Signature' Syrah is 90% wholebunch fermented and aged in 500l barrels for 11 months and nine in tank. Unfined & unfiltered resulting in a complex and powerful wine with plenty of balance & freshness from the fresh acidity. Blackberries, violets, black olive and juicy sour cherry.
