Mullineux, Signature White Blend

Mullineux is one of the most lauded wineries in South Africa. Founded in 2007, the Mullineaux's chose Swartland for its location to the Atlantic making sustainable and organic viticulture more achievable. They are fully certified organic and will be the first in South Africa to achieve Regenertaive Organic Certification.

Fruit from eight parcels across Swartland; Kasteelberg, Bush vine Chenin, 60 year old Semillon Gris from Paardeberg & Malmesbury. This is a blend of Chenin Blanc, Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Semillon Gris & Viognier vinified separately. Fermentation in barrel, 11 months in third & fifth fill oak and two new 2000l foudres.

Juicy stone fruits, textural honeyed notes, fresh blossom, ginger spice and a long full bodied finish.
