With backgrounds in hospitality and wine sales, Bernice & Julian founded their 11 hectares with the ambition to create something fresh and elegant like the wines they enjoy drinking from across the globe.

60+ year Riesling vines from Clare Valley following organic practices. North-facing sites and high altitude, this is a delicate expression with a chalky minerality. Aged on fine lees for four months, complementing the flavours of lavendar, lime leaf and grapefruit peel.
