Produced in the traditional Muté sur grains method where fortification occurs while the wines are still macerating on the skin. The extended contact with the skins allows the wine to gain depth, texture and consistency and preserves a freshness which is often lost.

Made from Grenache, this sweet wine has flavours of strawberry, cheery, chocolate and spice.
