'Le Cartel' Grenache Noir Sur Calcaire

A wonderfully light and expressive Grenache that packs so much flavour, yet super delicate on the palate. Le Cartel is a project started by two oenologists, Freddi Torres and Jean-Rémi Mourad

Old vines of 60 to over 100 years along the French coast in Massif de La Clape and the Île Saint-Martin. Richer soils and surrounded by salt-marshes producers a more delicate style. Wholebunch ferment in concrete eggs and up to 6 months in ageing in the same vessel.
