Chardonnay and Pinot Noir over two different vintages, 65% of 2015 and 35% of 2014, 30 months sur lie (on dead yeasts) before being disgorged.
Golden Colour, very crispy, brilliantly fruity on the nose bit of melon, a touch of white peach and patisserie, a freshly baked croissant.

Created by three brothers in 1987 and still in the Bozza family three generations later.
