Justinos Madeira 10-Year-Old Sercial

Justino's is one of the oldest producers of Madeira, having been in existence since 1870. Now owned by French company La Martiniquaise.

Fermentation for Sercial was stopped after six or seven days by the addition of a neutral grape spirit (96%) in order to maintain the desired sweetness degree, in this case, 56.6g/l. Dried fruits, lemon zest, orange peel, gingerbread and a touch of smoked almond.
