Jean Foillard Morgon Classique

Jean Foillard is one of the pioneers of minimal-intervention winemaking in Beaujolais. Sourced from old vines in Morgon this Classique Cuveé is well structured and expressive.

The wine has flavours of cherry, raspberry and plum with well integrated tannins. A more full bodied style of Beaujolais, and one where the winemaking skill shines through - hiding behind very little added sulphur.
