Harteneck Vollmond, Chasselas

A wonderful example of Chasselas grown organically & biodynamically in southern Baden by Weingut Thomas Harteneck. Fermented spontaneously, very low sulphites and unfined - Pretty much natural!

This unique wine has an abundance of flavour and a juicy fuller body. Honey notes, almond and wild herbs. Juicy, ripe nectarine and a refreshing minerality running through it.
