Domaine de la Graveirette 'Ju de Vie', Côtes du Rhône

A biodynamically farmed four-hectare estate in Côtes du Rhône. The estate focuses on minimal extraction and only using steel or cement to retain purity.

Ju de Vie Blanc is a blend of 30% Clairette, 30% Grenache blanc, 30% Roussanne, and 10% Bourboulenc grown on sandy soils with round pebbles in vineyards in and around Châteauneuf du Pape. The wine fermented and aged for 10 months in stainless steel tanks.
