Emil Bauer, Roter Veltliner

Roter Veltliner isn't your typical Veltliner found in Austria as it's a challenge to grow. However, this pink-skinned grape is a delight when found in Southern Austria - Textural and spicy with tropical fruit notes, fresh herbs and juicy nectarine.

The Bauers first planted back in the 1840's, and each generation brings more skill and growth to the family business. Located less than an hour from Vienna, focusing on the typical mono-varietals of Wagram region.
