Emil Bauer, Blauer Zweigelt 'Rubin'

This Blauer Zweigelt has been aged in French oak, giving it a smoky wood character and lovely sweet spice and chocolate notes. Perfectly balanced with the typical juicy cherry and raspberry flavours typical of the grape.

The Bauers first planted back in the 1840's, and each generation brings more skill and growth to the family business. Located less than an hour from Vienna, focusing on the typical mono-varietals of Wagram region.
