35 year old Viura vines fermented and raised in small concrete tanks. One month on gross lees followed by a further 4 months on fine lees. 20% of the final blend spends time in 500l old oak barrels.

Nine hectares of some of the best found in Alavesa and Alta, all farmed organically. Gonzalo creates modern, fresh and suitable wines for young consumption without compromising quality and complexity.
