Spontaneously fermented and matured for six months in amphora and bottled without the addition of sulphur. Domaine Wahcau being a large cooperative in Austria.. It's exciting to see these experimental projects coming from the big guys.

Beeswax, Dried mango, ginger and a lovely dried herb nose. Totally dry and worth a try
