Domaine Ostertag Pinot Gris Zellberg 2021

The well-known Ostertag estate is now in the hands of Arthur Ostertag, who is committed to expressing the terroir and adopting non-interventionist techniques in the winery. Ostertag owns less than 0.5 hectares on this complex terroir and produces a Pinot Gris that is broad on the palate yet shows salinity and spice complexity. The beautiful label depicts the southeast-facing Zellberg vineyard in the village of Nothalten.
