Domaine Deliance, Cremant de Bourgogne NV

Domaine Deliance is situated two kilometers from Givry with 15 hectares solely for sparkling wines.

50 % Pinot noir, 30 % Chardonnay, 20 % Aligote. The wine is naturally fermented and undergoes secondary fermentation after the wine has been blended and aged for 12 months. It lies sur latte for 18 months minimum prior to disgorgement and has 6-8 grams of sugar.
