Domaine de Thalie was founded by Peter Gierszewski in 2009 based in the small region of Clunisois. Farming Syrah, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & Gamay, all 100% organically farmed and mostly at 300m above sea level. Unfined, unfiltered and truly expressive of the terroir and varieties grown there.

Direct press Chardonnay and Pinot Noir leaving a pinkish hue to the wine. Crisp acidity with a creamy, round palate. Salty, grapefruit, redcurrant and wild herbs.
