This is a naturally made Burgundy from first-gen produce, Peter Gierszewki. After moving from Poland to Burgundy, Peter founded his 4.5ha estate in 2009 and has been making beautiful, experimental wines in the Mâconnais - With a real focus on the biodiversity of his land and respectful vinification in the cellar. 

'Atout Vent' is a lean and fresh Chardonnay that has been aged in amphora and stainless steel. Allow time to open up and showcase its floral aromatics and juicy stone fruit notes.
