100% Cinsault from La Livinière cru in the centre of Minervois. Cartified organic since 2011 and from 2024 vintage onwards, biodynamic. 50 year old vines at 280m altitude and aged for six months in concrete, creating terroir expressive wines.

Expressive Cinsault with notes of redcurrant, pomegranate and a slate like minerality.
