70% Chardonnay, 30% Savagnin from Côtes du Jura, aged in old Burgundian barrels for 12-15 months.

Patrick Ligeron found Domaine de Carlines in 2015 when his dream came true to acquire 11 hectares in Côtes du Jura ( three in Château-Châlon!) Framing Organically and sustainably. 

Full bodied with an ethereal acidity running through it. Ginger spice, ripe melon and wonderful florals.
