Domaine Dandelion, 'Pinot de Zinc' Bourgogne 2022

'Zinc' is slang for the counter at the bar in French, named for the metal most of them were made from. Pinot for the bar!

Horses, screw press, hand-made & pressed labels - This is as traditional as it gets.

Spicy, mineral tension and a clear concentration from extended maturation and lees contact. This is a unique cuvee blending 10% of their Dessus De Lies cuvee with fruit from a friend in Puligny. Both aged 2 years in barrel before blending into tank for 6 months.
