Domaine Chevrot Maranges Blanc

Domaine Chevrot is a wonderful 19ha Estate in Maranges, South Burgundy. Fully organic and focus on regenerative farming including sulphur additions only at bottling. Vineyards are on granite, gravel and limestone soils planted close to the Cozanne river.  Phenolic ripeness and fresh acidities are clear in Chevrot's wines.
