Dirupi “Olé!” Rosso di Valtellina DOC

Dirupi was founded in 2004 in the mountainous region of Valtellina in Lombardy. The founders, Pierpaolo Di Franco and Davide Fasolini, are two childhood friends who rented 15 sites on poor sandy soils. Their viticultural practices are challenged by the humidity making organics challenging, however they have admirably created three solely organic cuvees.

This wine is a wonderful experience. Delicate yet ever evolving flavours from cherry, raspberry to forest floor, leather and sweet liquorice.
