Devaux `Coeur de Nature` Organic NV

‘Coeur de Nature’ is Devaux’s first fully certified organic champagne. The house was founded in 1846, yet moved to the Côte des Bar in the 1980's. The area is famed for its Kimmeridgian soils found in Chablis and sets the area apart from the vineyards of Épernay.

A dosage of 5g/l leaves the wine feeling fresh and complements the delicate fruit profile. 70% 2019 and 30% reserve wine aged on lees for a min of 24 months. Saline and a touch biscuity
