A blend of 85% Mencía, and a touch of Alicante Bouschet, Gran Negro, Pan y Carne, and Negreda, along with around 3% white varieties such as Valenciana, Jerez, and Godello. 

A beautiful example of Bierzo, presenting notes of dark berries, pomegranate, olive tapenade, and herbs. 10 months in French oak.
