Delheim 'Edelspatz' Noble Late Harvest Riesling

2022 is one of the best noble rot vintages in over a decade in Stellenbosch. The wine shows classic botrytis characteristics on the nose and is complemented with honeysuckle, dried peaches and marmalade. The wine has a perfect balance between sugar and acidity, layered with bright fruit and orange blossom.
