Daniele Ricci 'El Matt' Croatina

Daniele Ricci is third generation of this eight-hectare estate and one of the 'Timorasso Boys' who created the movement to reintroduce the indigenous grape in the region.

El Matt (translates as 'the crazy one' like Daniele himself) is 100% Croatina macerated for 40 days before aging in steel for 12 months to retain the fruit typicity and freshness. Earthy and wild herbs balanced with ripe and juicy cherry, plum and touch of grainy tannins.
