Cullen `Mangan East Block` Margaret River 2022

First established in 1971 by Dr Kevin and Diana Cullen, the estate is certified biodynamic, carbon neutral and naturally powered. They are now one of the oldest wineries in Western Australia. Their daughter, Vanya has been cheif winemaker since 1989, and is one of the great winemakers of the region and generation, winning many accolades. 

The Mangan vineyard was planted in 1995 in the sub-region of Wilyabrup, dry farmed and very low yielding. Minimal intervetion winmaking and use of 50% new biodynamic barrels for several months.

Juicy and full with silky tannins - Plums, blackberry, roses and a notable wild herb freshness and savoury chocolate notes.
