Colombo Wines is an inspiring project from Daniel Colombo who retrieved forgotten land and varieties in the Western Cape and produces them in the most minimal way possible. 

This co-fermented blend of Muscat & Colombar (once only grown for brandy production) and left on the skins for 10 days. Unique and truly special skin-contact wine - Fresh, textural and warm aromatics.
