Clos des Fous `Pour Ma Gueule` Itata Valley

Clos des Fous is a project between four friends - Fous being the French word for 'Crazy Men', which is what this project and the men are known by their peers as.

Itata Valley is a cool, wet region giving an elegance to the wines. Both varieties were hand-harvested and vinified separately before blending. Concrete and old barrels for 12 months.

Fresh red berries, ripe plum and notes of violets and sweet smoke. Luscious medium bodied wine with a little tannin.
