Cien Y Pico `En Vaso` Manchuela Bobal

The project of Cien y Pico was created by four winemakers who discovered old vines Garnacha Tintorera (Alicante Bouschet) vines, and in excitement, started working together to create this range.  The project's name translates to ‘hundred and something’ as a nod to the age of these historic vineyards. Cien y Pico's vineyards are all located on the Meseta, or 'plateau', of Castilla-La-Mancha at around 1000m altitude.

The ‘En Vaso’ Bobal, spends 12 months in mainly used oak barriques, creating a soft wine with juicy tannins and a lifted, fresh finish. Black fruits, chocolate and earthy notes with juicy tannins.
