45% Sauvignon Blanc, 45% Pinot Grigio, 10% Friulano - Small batch pet-nat organically made in the Finger Lakes of New York. Only 10% ABV and a lovely juicy touch of residual sugar makes for a popular aperitif drink you can sip on all day. White florals, stone fruit, mineral notes and a touch of lemon shortbread.

Walter Channing and his team have created a wonderful, creative estate surrounded by all of Walter's wooden sculptures. Organically farmed, his wines are in keeping with his flair of promoting the natural world.
