Champagne A. Levasseur, Extrait Gormand Rosé

David Levasseur has four hectares of his own vineyards over 18 plots around the villages of Cuchéry, Fleury-la-Rivière and Châtillon-sur-Marne. They make around 30,000 bottles of organically farmed small-batch Champagne, predominantly from Meunier.

50% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay & 20% Pinot Noir, 14% of which are vinified red Côteaux Champenois. Extended lees ageing, unfiltered and 9.5g/l dosage.
