Chambers Rosewood, Rutherglen Muscat

Founded in 1858 by William Chambers, part of the gold rush era and growth of the wine industry in the 1850's. Stephen is now sixth-generation to make the famed fortified Muscat à Petits Grains Rouge.

Fortified after small increase in ABV through natural fermentation in stainless steel. Wine is aged in oak casks as separate vintages until blending before bottling. Dried fruits, sultanas, rose petals and fresh citrus peel.
