Blank Bottle, 'Retirement@65' Cinsault

The name comes Pieter Walser (winemaker), who rescued the vineyard after 63 years of being battered by birds and rot due to neglect. The vineyard was not yielding the required results and was left to retire. Pieter took an opportunity to salvage and nurse the vineyards back to health, and its 65th year is now producing some beautiful fruit.
