Denis & Didier Berthollier 'Le Sel de Marius'

The small pocked of Chignin in the Savoie was planted by Tissot & Tissot-Bertholier family in 1850. Denis And Didier branched out in 1995, planting more vines up the South & south-eastern slopes whilst focusing on organic & biodynamic farming.

51% Mondeuse 25% Gamay 17% Pinot noir 7% Persan - pertial whole berry & de-stem naturally fermented, then 20% aged in large French oak.
