Ben Adams 'Enmill Fields' Col Fondo MV

An exciting non-interventionist wine made in the vineyards next to Domaine Hugo in Hampshire. Biodynamically farmed Chardonnay and naturally made in the Col Fondo style over two vintages (60% 2022 & 40% 2023). Fermented in old oak with no sulphur in the process. Very complex, showcasing the quality of the low yielding vineyards and expressive character of English wine.
