A bold Georgian Saperavi with dark berry richness, earthy undertones, ripe tannins, and a bright, lingering finish.

A mix of whole bunch and vine-dried grapes to increase concentration and spice. Steel and Qvevri for fermentation followed by older American oak ageing and 12 months in bottle.
