100% merlot from the Goriška Brda region of Slovenia. Since 2021 they have been organically certified, work with the phases of the moon, and their philosophy is to continue researching and giving their land the maximum attention for regenerative viticulture.

A wonderfully full and sappy body, with flavours of juicy cherries, black olives, sweet smoke and a savoury herbaceous freshness.
