Raised on an organic dairy farm, Rob's approach is shaped by a close attentiveness to the seasons and the land around him.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHis cider comes from traditional orchards across Somerset and Dorset — including long-neglected \"forgotten\" orchards he's been slowly restoring, bringing old landscapes back into productive, ecological rhythm. The fruit is hand-picked from the ground, milled, matured, pressed, and fermented slowly using wild yeasts, with no added sulphites and minimal intervention throughout. The result is cider shaped by time and nature as much as by craft.
